Nicole has led major projects in disaster / emergency management, policing, corrections and retail sectors across Australia. Nicole is adept at drawing together disparate ideas and facilitating a clear path forward.

Nicole is an accredited Mediator, holds a Master of Policing, Intelligence and Counter Terrorism and is a Member of the Association of Professional Futurists.

Vanessa Wilson

With more than twenty years experience in risk and assurance, Vanessa has made an impact in multiple sectors across Australia and the Pacific. Broad experience gives her a deep understanding of many business processes as well as their risk and control environments.

Vanessa's Big 4 consulting expertise is complemented by hands-on experience in risk and compliance transformation at a large retailer.

Vanessa has a Post-gradutate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, a Bachelor of Business (Honors), and a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CMRA).
